Lock Trading is used to stop the voucher entries. MAXX enables this feature to the user to lock their trading vouchers so that the vouchers will not be edited/deleted by the users. Vouchers entered upto given date can be locked by selecting date. Further if there are any changes the same option can be unlocked by selecting date lesser than the voucher date that needs to be modified. Locking and Unlocking can be done only by the administrators / auditors. This helps the company to avoid any wrong entries and stop any malpractice by the staff.
