An Introduction of Reorder Feature :

Re-order level is a threshold of inventory at which the company would place a new order to the vendor in order to replenish the inventory levels. Users need to specify the minimum quantity of Stock Item along with the quantity that needs to be reordered along with the default vendor for that product. Once the stock reach's below the minimum quantity an alert gets generated for those set of products. By using this feature the user can easily track the availability of stocks and place orders as required. A Purchase order can be easily generated on clicks from the Reorder report which in-turn

helps in saving time, avoid repeated data entry and errors and helps in better and early decision making.
