Post Dated refers to cheque which has been written by the drawer for a future date. It is not payable before the date written on the cheque. Even if the cheque is deposited before the date mentioned, the bank will hold on to the cheque until the cheque date is matured. MAXX enables its users to maintain post dated cheques. PDC transactions will not affect the ledgers until the post dated entry is passed on or after the specified date mentioned in the cheque. The PDC report  shows the list of all PDC’s with various filtering and adjustment options. The PDC’s that needs to be cleared today will be reminded on the business dashboard too. This makes the work easier, convenient, and help users tracks receipt/payment entries and avoids a lot of confusion.
