Ledger Report

Ledger is a report which shows a summary of all the transactions one after the other sorted by transaction date. Ledger is for monitoring all the transactions of an account, with debit and credit column and an opening and closing balance of each account. Financial Statements (Trial Balance and Balance Sheet) are generated from the summary total (closing balance) of each ledger. Ledger includes sales, purchase, cash, expenses, income and every transaction history of a particular account. MAXX enables its users to review the transactions of a particular account with an option to mention the specific date range in ledger. This report can be viewed with an option of monthly and daily sub-total. This report can be printed as well as can be emailed in PDF and Excel format.
